Eric Stec is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and IT architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at DaVinci Lock since February 2023, Eric previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Yes Health from August 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing IT assets and acting as the Information Security Officer. Prior to this, Eric worked at UnitedHealth Group from September 2011 to August 2016 as an IT Architecture Consultant, leading efforts on private PaaS initiatives and developing automation code. Eric's career also includes a role as Staff Software Engineer at IBM focusing on middleware performance analytics for the POWER Systems platform. Academically, Eric holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bucknell University.

DaVinci Lock is an e-commerce platform that offers lock drop boxes, instructional signs, train chains, and accessories products. Its system uses a standard combination lock with an encrypted serial code engraved on it. Using DaVinci software, serial codes can be decrypted to retrieve lock combinations.
