Steve Loos

Steve Loos is the President and Founder of DaVinci Software, Inc. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on Agile methodology and servant leadership.

Steve started their career as a Lead Developer at International Decision Systems, where they led a team that enhanced and maintained code for a large legacy lease/loan system. In this role, they were responsible for complex income and depreciation features.

In July 2003, Steve transitioned to Thomson Legal & Regulatory, where they served as a Lead Software Engineer and Agile Coach. During their time at Thomson, they led and coached Westlaw’s largest Agile project, a $5+ million Canadian Tax Law migration project that involved more than 60 FTEs across three different locations.

In August 2010, Steve founded DaVinci Software, Inc., where they currently serve as President. Under their leadership, DaVinci has become a leading provider of software development services for small and medium businesses.
