Jeevan Paudel

Jeevan Paudel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jeevan currently works at Davinta as a Regional Head and Financial Professional, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at L&T Financial Services as a Regional Manager from September 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they worked at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. where they held various positions including Zonal Manager (AVP- Operations) from June 2017 to August 2019, Manager Operations from June 2016 to May 2017, and Associate Manager Operations from June 2014 to May 2016. Jeevan'sresponsibilities at Annapurna Finance included new area identification, branch expansion plans, and support to existing branches for growth and financial inclusion of excluded areas.

Furthermore, Jeevan Paudel completed an internship at Jeevika, BRLPS, Govt. of Bihar from May 2013 to July 2013 and served as a Yatri at Jagriti Yatra from December 2012 to January 2013.

Jeevan Paudel began their education in 2004 at Ramswaroop Agarwalla Memorial English School, where they completed their high school education. During this time, they studied a range of subjects including science, social studies, mathematics, and English.

In 2007, they moved on to K C Das Commerce College, where they pursued their Higher Secondary education with a focus on commerce. Jeevan completed this program in 2009.

After their graduation from K C Das Commerce College, Jeevan enrolled at Gauhati University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in accounting. Jeevan studied at Gauhati University from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, Jeevan joined the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on development studies. Jeevan completed this program in 2014.

During their time at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Jeevan also participated in a summer school program for future leaders in development at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur in 2013. Additionally, they attended the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy's summer school program in the same year. These programs provided him with knowledge in areas such as development economics, poverty, and participation.
