Jay Roche

Jay Roche is an accomplished operations manager and business development professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Davis Defense Group, Inc. since June 2018, Jay formulates and executes strategies to win new business. Prior to this role, Jay was the Director of Operations at The Potomac Point Winery, overseeing a $3 million/year business and managing all aspects of operations while maintaining the company budget. Jay also held the position of General Manager at La Quinta Inns & Suites, managing a 101-room property, and served as Assistant Area Manager at the same company earlier. Jay earned a Bachelor of Applied Science from Coastal Carolina University and recently completed a Project Management Certificate at the University of Miami.
