Tanya Dusek

Tanya Dusek has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Tanya began their career in 1998 as a PeopleSoft Consultant at CORESTAFF Services, where they worked for six months. In 1998, they joined Alliance Residential Management as the Director of People Services (HR) and stayed with the company until 2005. During this time, they also served as the Chair for the HR Houston/Gulf Coast Area Symposium on HR Issues from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, Tanya started their own HR consulting business and worked as an independent consultant until 2019. Additionally, they joined Davis Development in 2009, initially as an HR Manager and later as the Director of Human Resources. Tanya also held a director position at CrossPoint from 2005 to 2009. Tanya was involved in various leadership roles, including serving as the Secretary and Board Member for Christ Clinic - Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015. Tanya's education includes a period as a student at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2008, as well as being a Property Management Instructor at Houston Community College from 2007 to 2008.

Tanya Dusek has a diverse education history. Tanya attended Westchester High School from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a general degree. Following high school, they pursued higher education at Western International University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business. In 2007, Tanya enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources in 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tanya has obtained several certifications. In 2001, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Tanya also achieved the SPHR certification from HRCI in the same year. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
