Richard Eisert

Richard S. Eisert is a partner at Davis & Gilbert LLP, where expertise spans the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions; Intellectual Property; and Technology, Digital Media & Privacy Practice Groups since 1997. Prior to this, Richard served as an associate in Intellectual Property Litigation at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP from 1992 to 1997 and gained experience as a judicial clerk to Judge William C. Conner in the United States District Court from 1991 to 1992. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School (1988-1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Science from Harvard University (1984-1988), along with earlier studies at Phillips Academy, Andover (1981-1984).
