Davis Group Real Estate, headed up by dynamic duo Kim Davis and Chris Thomsen, offer real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout the greater Puget Sound region.

Simply put, Kim and Chris love all things real estate and it shows in the passionate advocacy they provide their clients throughout the transaction and beyond. They like to say that, “if you go with us, you get two for one,” and this really is the truth. Their complementary, yet diverse skills allow them to provide expertise across the spectrum of real estate concerns.

Kim brings project and construction management experience to her career as a realtor. Her design and architecture savvy make her a great advisor on dealing with challenging spaces. The team offers staging for their listings and Kim nails it every time, ensuring professional presentations that get top dollar for their sellers. She has earned many designations for working with specific populations and property types, including Master Certified Negotiation Expert.

Chris has excellent communication skills and an ability to interact as comfortably with clients, lenders, contractors and other brokers. She has a way of putting everyone at ease while providing skilled, productive advocacy for her clients. Chris creates the marketing for the team and prides herself on telling her clients’ stories over self promotion. She spent ten years as a mortgage broker and holds a master’s degree in psychology.

Both bring a nurturing strength and humor to the process as well as fierce and creative negotiating skills. Never ones to take “no” for an answer, Kim and Chris will seek innovative solutions to overcome obstacles that impede their clients’ best interest. Their market expertise comes from decades of living and working in the Puget Sound area and a willingness to take the time to research an issue or area that they are less familiar with. They have built a referral-based business that consistently puts them among the top producers nationwide.
