Currently serving as a Sales Engineering Support at AEM since April 2021, Joel provides technical guidance on AEM products. With a long-standing role as Strategic Account Manager at Davis Instruments, Joel oversees global channels for weather product lines. Prior roles include founding Ag Weather Solutions, directing customer success at PureSense Environmental, and various management positions at Weathernews America Inc., where Joel developed innovative service solutions and led significant divisions. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Meteorology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Chico, complemented by entrepreneurial training from the Small Business Development Center.
