William Phillips has extensive experience in equipment and safety management, currently serving as Equipment and Safety Manager at both Davis Landscape LTD since September 1987 and Commonwealth Disposal since October 2008. Prior to these roles, William worked as an Equipment/Parts Manager at British Leyland from July 1979 to July 1987. Educational achievements include attendance at Dauphin County Tech School from August 1977 to June 1979, followed by studies at Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
