John Lynch

John Lynch has over 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in Boston. John has a background in accounting and has served as outside corporate counsel to both public and private companies. John has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate transactions, executive compensation, limited liability companies, and other matters related to the day-to-day operations of businesses. John Lynch worked as an Attorney at Ryan & Lynch from May 1975 to April 1982. Since January 1986, they have been working at Davis Malm & D'Agostine, P.C., where they currently hold the position of Managing Director.

John Lynch attended Wheeling University from 1964 to 1968, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. John furthered their education at Notre Dame Law School from 1972 to 1975, earning a Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in Law.
