Colin Mitchell is an accomplished professional with a strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as an Associate at Davis Pier Consulting since August 2022. Previously, at Environment and Climate Change Canada, Colin managed contribution agreements for the Low Carbon Economy Fund and evaluated multimillion-dollar proposals for the Decarbonization Incentive Program. Contributions to Health Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic included the production of strategic policy documents and performance metrics for the COVID Alert app. Colin's early career involved roles as a Constituency Assistant in the House of Commons, alongside several impactful initiatives at Acadia University, including founding a photojournalism project and serving as Editor-in-Chief of a student newspaper. Educational qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Acadia University.
