Elisabeth Wright

Elisabeth Wright is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the renal care sector. Currently serving as Group Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care since September 2013, Elisabeth oversees the operations, talent development, and clinical outcomes for 75 outpatient facilities, impacting over 4,500 patients in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, while leading a diverse team of over 1,300 teammates. Previous roles include Regional Operations Director, where Elisabeth managed high-quality renal care for over 1,200 patients across 20 facilities in Colorado and Montana, and Director of Strategy focused on Clinical Enterprise Strategy. Elisabeth has also contributed to UVA Health System through various leadership roles including Director of Operations. Academically, Elisabeth holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master’s in Systems Engineering, and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, all from the University of Virginia.
