Erik Wright

Erik Wright, a highly experienced leader in healthcare and operations, currently serves as Division Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care since February 2020, following roles as Group Regional Operations Director and Regional Operations Director. Prior to this, Erik was General Manager for Eleanor Health in North Carolina, focusing on team development and ensuring ethical clinical results. Erik's earlier experience includes significant leadership positions at DaVita Kidney Care, where oversight of $44M P&L and management of over 190 teammates across multiple facilities were key responsibilities. Additional roles in operations management at Southwire Company and as a Special Forces officer in the U.S. Army underline Erik's diverse background in leadership and operational excellence. Erik holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
