John Byce

John Byce serves as Group Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care, overseeing operations across the Southeastern United States with approximately 6,000 teammates and a P&L exceeding $1 billion since September 2018. Previously, John held positions such as Divisional Vice President at Shire, where responsibilities included developing long-range forecasts for Oncology programs, and Project Leader II at Baxter International Inc., focusing on global product launches in Oncology and Hemophilia. John also possesses experience as an R&D Engineer and has conducted significant research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
