Rushon Mitchell

Rushon Mitchell currently serves as an Analyst in Reporting & Analytics at DaVita Kidney Care since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing clinical health data sets and regularly distributing reports on clinical outcomes. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager Apprentice at Newport News Shipbuilding from July 2017 to June 2022, where project management skills were developed using Jira for timeline and task management, along with resource allocation and team assignment tracking. Additionally, Rushon held the position of Non-Destructive Test Inspector within the same company, leading NDT processes and drawing analyses. Earlier experience as a Warehouse Lead at Target Distribution Center involved planning and directing warehouse activities to maintain inventory levels. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analyst at Regent University, expected to complete in December 2025, with a focus on critical thinking.
