Will Maixner

Will Maixner, MHA, FACHE, is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in transplant services and clinical transformation. Currently serving as the National Sr. Director/Director of Transplant at DaVita Kidney Care since June 2021, Will also volunteers as the Chief Executive Officer of the Meredith Haga Foundation. Previous roles include Administrative Director of Solid Organ Transplant, Dialysis, & MCS at VCU Health, where Will held various interim positions and served as Associate Administrator in Surgery and Strategic Planning. Will's earlier experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, culminating in a dual role as Primary Care Administrator and Facility Strategic Planner. Academic credentials encompass a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completion of the ASTS Advanced Leadership Development Program at Kellogg Executive Education.
