As custom home builders for nearly 40 years, Davitt, Inc. is the leader in coastal and luxury homes in Rhode Island and throughout New England. Our goal is to create spaces that allow you and your family to thrive. Many of the homes we build sit along our beautiful coastline. Davitt is a recognized leader in coastal building regulation and takes every precaution to protect our coastal eco system. Balancing the creativity of our talented design build team with astute budgetary oversight, we bring elegant design, quality craftsmanship and seamless project management to every project.

Since our inception nearly forty years ago, our steadfast goal has been to provide our clients with an exceptional experience through our design build process. This method of open and honest collaboration has resulted in long-term relationships with our clients, many of which we have built second and third homes for. Our clients often refer us to their friends and acquaintances, creating a powerful word of mouth network.

We build smart, so you can live well
