Joe Quinn

Joe Quinn has worked in the software engineering field since 2005. Joe began their career at Crannog Software as a Software Engineer. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Fluke Networks as a Software Engineer, working on various network management products. In 2009, they founded Davra, where they currently serve as the Chief Technical Officer. In this role, they oversee all technical activity related to the RuBAN M2M platform, which has APIs for multiple M2M apps, vendors and collaboration channels.

Joe Quinn's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Joe then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in New Business Development at the Technological University Dublin in 2009-2010. After this, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from D.I.T. in 2013-2014, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation and Technology Management from D.I.T. in 2014-2015. Joe Quinn also holds a number of certifications, including Certified MySQL Database Administrator, Certified MySQL Database Developer, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Comptia Linux+ Certified, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and Sun Certified Web Component Developer.
