An application and a control panel to follow the dates and places of attendance and departure of employees as well as external visits and submit reports for visits in addition to providing the possibilities of submitting and approving permissions of all kinds and following up on work tasks
The project consists of two parts (a mobile application for all types of phones, in addition to a control panel, a site through which all the characteristics of running the application are controlled, in addition to displaying all reports)
1- Application:
 It is used by the employee to record attendance and departure movements and visits and their reports
- The application records the attendance and departure of employees by recording the location, time and a direct image
- The application records external employee visits with location, time and a live image
Submit reports at the end of each visit, and the report varies according to the type of visit
- The application exchanges absence and delay permissions between the employee and his manager and approves or rejects them
- The application exchanges work tasks between the manager and his employees and enjoys their implementation

2- Control Panel:
It is used by the client (the one who purchases a license to use the program), through which he creates the administrative, functional and organizational structure of the company and grants specific powers to managers to enter the control panel to carry out follow-up work for employees and include adding tasks and visits and responding to employee permissions as well as reviewing reports of visits and attendance and staff completion
