Aysha Ehsan

Aysha Ehsan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Aysha currently holds the role of Head of Human Resources at Dawlance since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Learning & Diversity Inclusion at K-Electric from February 2022 to June 2023.

From 2020 to 2021, Aysha worked as a Manager Human Resources at dnata. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions, including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR systems management.

Before joining dnata, Aysha worked at Abudawood Pakistan as a Manager HR Services & Employee Relations from 2018 to 2020. Aysha also held the position of HR Business Partner (South | Central Region) and Lead Facilitator - Learning & Development at the same company from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Aysha worked as a Lead HR - Talent Acquisition (Management) and Manager HR – Talent Acquisition (Management) at Abudawood Pakistan.

Aysha's work experience also includes a role as an Assistant Manager, Executive Search at Human Resource Solutions International - HRSI from 2011 to 2014 and a student trainee position in the Human Resource Department at Siemens in 2011.

Aysha Ehsan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at the Institute of Business Management from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR from the same institute, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. In addition, Aysha has also obtained the certification of Experiential Learning Facilitator from the SeGa Group in 2015.
