Dawn Makers Films is an award-winning student led film production team.  The project was started in the summer of 2022 by Bella C Sonen with "The Color Grey", a short film garnering selection to 11 film festivals internationally.  
Today the team works with various collaborators across the country.  The goal remains  to make independent art that fosters community.It is based out of Charlottesville, VA where it works with local musicians and artists to create art representative of queer and gen-z narratives.
