Dawniens Consultancy is a Bengaluru-based boutique technology consulting firm and the India & Southeast Asia execution arm for foreign deep-tech companies. We specialize in photonics, optical communication, fiber optics, 5G, private 5G and private LTE networks, DAS / in-building solutions (IBS), system integration, electronics, embedded software, and mechanical systems.
Foreign technology firms — from Europe, the US, and beyond — hire us when they need engineering-grade local hands they can trust in India and Southeast Asia, without the cost and risk of setting up their own entity. We act as your local technical partner for:
• India market entry — market study, sizing, channel and competitor mapping, go-to-market strategy

• Technical pre-sales & representation — demos, technical Q&A, lead qualification, customer meetings

• Local execution partnership — project execution, system integration, vendor management, on-ground support

• Project delivery — boots on the ground for a specific build or integration
You work directly with the founders — senior engineers, no juniors, no handoffs. We're lean, fast, technically fluent, and discreet.
Currently serving a German photonics manufacturer (India market entry) and a US technology systems integrator (India & SEA project execution).
