Todd Rawls has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as CFO at Dawson Construction since April 2018. Prior roles include COO/CFO at Elements of Hospitality, Inc., and CFO at Elements Hospitality, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, budget management, risk management, and financial reporting. Todd has also held positions as VP of Finance at Redden Marine Supply, Executive Pastor at North County Christ the King Community Church, and COO & CFO at Ryzex Inc. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Western Washington University.
