Wallace Brown has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Wallace is currently working at DAWSON as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO), where they assist in drafting "Authorization to Operate" packages and provides expertise in cyber security initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Cummins Allison as a Field Service Technician, where they performed computer network repair and software troubleshooting. Wallace also worked at National Oilwell Varco as an Electro Mechanical Technician, where they analyzed and diagnosed electronic systems. At Lockheed Martin, they served as a Field Engineer, operating and sustaining an aerial surveillance system for the military. Before that, they were a Field Service Representative III at Oshkosh Corporation - Defense, maintaining and repairing electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment. Wallace started their career in the U.S. Army, where they served as a Maintenance Supervisor, Recovery Supervisor, and Senior Mechanic, overseeing personnel and conducting technical inspections.
Wallace Brown's education history starts with their high school education at Timmonsville High School, which took place from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, Wallace pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security / Information Assurance from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, which they completed in 2019.
To further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field, Wallace enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Wallace also obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in August 2022.
Looking ahead, Wallace plans to continue their education at Kennesaw State University, where they will pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security from 2022 to 2023.
