Maxwell Russell

Maxwell Russell is an experienced general manager currently serving at Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters since September 2021. Previously, Maxwell held the same title at Boise Gear Collective from October 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing operations during significant growth, managing HR protocols, and addressing personnel issues. Prior to that, Maxwell was an assistant manager, coordinating events and managing media feedback. Maxwell's earlier experience includes serving as a campus associate at Purdue Christian Campus House from June 2015 to June 2017, managing student groups and executing large-scale community outreach events. Maxwell began a career in management at Greyhouse Coffee and Supply Co. as a shift manager from August 2012 to June 2015, focusing on employee coordination and training. Maxwell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Purdue University and attended Ivy Tech Community College for Liberal Arts.
