John Jefferies

John Jefferies currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Daxor Corporation and holds positions as a Board Member for The Able Channel and a Research Professor at the University of Memphis School of Public Health since December 2023. As President of the American Heart Association Mid-South Chapter and a Governor of the Tennessee Chapter of the American College of Cardiology, John Jefferies is actively engaged in cardiovascular health initiatives. Additional roles include Co-Founder and Partner at Cotogna Sports Group, Team Cardiologist for the Memphis Grizzlies, and Medical Director for Bristol Myers Squibb's US Cardiovascular division. John Jefferies has held significant positions at the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, with a robust educational background that includes an Executive MBA from The Wharton School and an MD from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center.
