Marc Silver

Medical Advisor

Marc Silver, MD, FACC, FAHA, FHFSA, currently serves as an Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiologist at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, since August 2022. Marc Silver has held the position of Medical Advisor at Daxor Corporation since January 2020, focusing on blood volume analysis to enhance care for heart failure patients. A founding member and inaugural fellow of the Heart Failure Society of America, Marc contributed significantly as Program Chair and Membership Chair during the early development of the society. Previous leadership roles include President of MASGroupUSA and Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Advocate Health Care, where Marc founded the Heart Failure Institute. Additionally, Marc served as Editor-in-Chief for Congestive Heart Failure from 1998 to 2013. Marc Silver completed a fellowship in Cardiac Pathology at the National Institutes of Health and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center.
