Day 1 Distro is an ancillary cannabis distribution company built specifically to support licensed dispensaries in highly competitive markets.

We specialize in white-glove distribution, hands-on account management, merchandising and in-store execution that goes beyond simply moving product. Our model is designed to help dispensaries increase sell-through, improve reorders, and operate more efficiently by treating every account like a long-term partnership — not a transaction.

Day 1 Distro works closely with retail teams to ensure the right products are in the right stores, supported by consistent follow-up, data-driven insights, and dependable service.

We act as an extension of the dispensary’s team, aligning distribution strategy with real retail needs. Our focus is simple: execution, accountability, and results.

Day 1 Distro partners with brands and dispensaries that value professionalism, consistency, and growth — and we take pride in helping our partners win from Day 1.
