At Day2 we specialise in recruitment and search across the Energy, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors. Whether you’re looking for a C-Suite Executive in the Water sector or a Project Leader in the Nuclear sector, we have the understanding and track record to deliver.

Founded in 2019, Day2 is a recruitment and search firm supporting organisations from large FTSE100’s to SME’s. Headquartered in Birmingham with an additional office in Manchester, we cover the whole of the UK as well as delivering global searches for key clients with track record in mainland Europe, Middle East and North America.

Our Directors have extensive experience in the recruitment and search sectors with Greg and Meriel spending their careers in the external market whilst Miriam has led recruitment and executive search for large organisations in the Utilities and Pharmaceutical industries.

We are champions of recruitment best practice and have multiple trademarked recruitment processes and tools.

At Day2, we’re proud of the diversity of our directors and team.

Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do, not just in principle but in practice. With strong female leadership and a commitment to elevating underrepresented voices, we champion inclusive storytelling, collaboration and hiring.

We are an equal opportunities employer and service provider, dedicated to creating an environment where our team, clients, and candidates all feel seen, heard, and empowered.
