Michael Arrigo

Michael Arrigo, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and business operations. Michael currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Day & Ross since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from November 2017 to July 2022.

Before joining Day & Ross, Michael worked at REI Group, where they held the positions of Human Resource Coordinator/Business Operations Manager from June 2016 to November 2017, and Executive Administrative Assistant from February 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to their time at REI Group, Michael worked as a Freelance Production Coordinator in a self-employed capacity from April 2012 to December 2014. Their earlier role was as a Production Coordinator at Zodiak USA from April 2011 to December 2014.

Michael Arrigo, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Screen Arts & Culture from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2019 and the S-5 Waterworks System Operator certification from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality in July 2018.
