Micheal Mann has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Programmer/Installer/Tier II support at Subtotal POS Systems. In 2007, they also served as a Team Lead at Online Support Inc for three years. Following that, from 2010 to 2011, they worked as Technical Support at Xplornet Communications. From 2011 to 2016, Mann was a Facilitator at the Western Valley Adult Learning Association, where they taught Digital Literacy and ICT to various groups. In 2016, they joined IBM as a Subject Matter Expert until 2018, then progressed to become a Team Lead until 2019. Currently, Mann is working as an IT Service Management Lead at The Day & Ross Transportation Group, starting in October 2019.

Micheal Mann obtained a Certificate in Adult Education from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they have multiple certifications from institutions such as ServiceNow and IBM, including certifications in Knowledge Management, Request Management, Incident Management, IBM Automation, and various other areas.
