Mickey Kaur, PMP®, is a cross-functional leader specializing in strategy, planning, and project management. Currently serving as a Business and Operations Consultant at Black Onyx Consulting since 2019, Mickey has expertise in process improvement, remote workforce management, and change management. Previously, Mickey held leadership roles at McKesson Canada, where they directed national operations and transformation projects, and was recognized for significant cost savings through Lean Six Sigma implementations.
