Sandra Schaeffer

Sandra Schaeffer has over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational engagement, currently serving as the Manager of DEI & Engagement at Day & Ross since August 2014. Previous roles include Human Resource Business Partner, Human Resource Generalist, and Learning & Communications Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Sandra held the position of English Language Program Manager at the Multicultural Association of Carleton County from May 2009 to April 2014, and worked as a teacher for the New Brunswick Department of Education for a short period in 2008-2009. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in History from New York University, a Master's degree in Adult Learning from Stony Brook University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Brunswick.
