William Doherty is the current Chief Executive Officer at Day & Ross. William has also served as the

Chief Executive Officer at Greatwide Distribution Logistics and the Chief Operating Officer at

Omniflight Helicopters, Inc.

William has a long and successful history of leading companies and inspiring growth. At

Greatwide Distribution Logistics, they improved EBITDA by 19% through aggressive growth and cost

improvement. William also enhanced compliance, safety and accountability metrics for active driver

pool, de-risking the business and creating favorable insurance rating environment.

At Omniflight Helicopters, Inc., William created a profitable new revenue stream by starting

Department of Defense business units at Fort Bliss and Fort Hood. William also led the mergers and

acquisitions process to successful conclusion with Air Methods Corporation, a publicly traded

company on the NASDAQ. William has an impressive track record, having reported a 100% safety

record with no major flight issues in 2010 and 2011. William has also passed the Federal Aviation

Administration audit and Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems accreditation

audit.

William Doherty has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Becker College and an Executive Certificate Program in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
