Jason Dalton

Jason Dalton has over 20 years of experience in technology and engineering. Jason is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Daybreak LLC. Dalton founded Azimuth1 in 2013 where they served as President and CEO for nine years. At GeoEye, where they served as a Senior Director of Applied Technology, Dalton led the Applied Technology Group in developing new products and services. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Research and Development at SPADAC. Dalton began their career as Program Director of Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia, where they led a research team.

Jason Dalton pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they studied for a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering at the same institution from 1997 to 2000. Jason continued their academic pursuits at the University of Virginia for another seven years and became a PhD candidate in Systems and Information Engineering, completing this academic program in 2007.
