Manik Rath

Manik Rath has a wealth of experience in various executive and advisory roles, spanning across multiple companies and industries. Manik'smost recent position is as CEO of Daybreak LLC. Manik has served on the Board of Directors for ANSER and as a Partner for Riverbend Capital. Additionally, they served as Chief Executive Officer of C² Technologies, Inc. and as Senior Vice President for LMI. Early in their career, they worked as a corporate attorney for McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and McGuire Woods LLP. Manik has also served as a member of the Board of Advisors for both Credence Management Solutions, LLC and ThreatSwitch in the past.

Manik Rath received their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 1991. After that, they studied at the University of Virginia School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in 1994. Manik Rath also has a Corporate Governance Fellow certification from NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors).
