Simona Pencheva

Community and Customer Experience Manager at Daye

Simona Pencheva has worked in the customer experience field since 2017. Simona started their career at Hi End Publishing Ltd as an Editor at Go Guide Magazine in 2017. In 2020, they took on a role as Community and Customer Experience Manager at Daye, followed by a promotion to Community and Customer Experience Lead. Simona then became a Customer Experience Associate at Daye. In the same year, they also began working as a Digital Social Manager at easybook.bg.

Simona Pencheva completed a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski between 2013 and 2017. Simona is currently enrolled at European-University Viadrina studying Cultural Studies.
