Afua Giles

Afua Giles is an experienced manager in the field of learning and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Delivery at Dayforce since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of Learning Consultants and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Afua held various positions at Sun & Ski Sports from March 2014 to July 2021, including Learning Consultant, HR Business Partner, and Training & Recruiting Manager, managing HR initiatives and operations across multiple locations. Earlier career experience includes roles at Eddie Bauer and Abercrombie & Fitch, where Afua developed skills in team management, sales performance, and customer service. Afua holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health Communications from the University of Houston and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Houston Community College.
