Aileen Daosavanh

Aileen Daosavanh is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence and Revenue Development at Dayforce since March 2023. Prior to this role, Aileen was the Head of Events and Partnerships at Peninsula Canada from April 2022 to March 2023. Aileen's extensive career at Ceridian spanned from August 2004 to March 2022, where responsibilities included roles such as Director of Customer Marketing, Senior Manager of SMB Marketing, Global Events and Marketing Director, Director of Sales Effectiveness, and Manager of Sales Operations. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
