Carol Osorio has over two decades of experience in operations management and leadership roles across multiple companies. At Concentrix, from January 2002 to August 2011, Carol served as Operations Manager, overseeing multisite program management for the SUPPORTRIX technical support account, where responsibilities included coaching supervisors, ensuring client satisfaction, improving processes, and managing program profitability. From October 2014 to February 2021 at ADP, Carol advanced through roles from Director to Senior Director, leading a team of approximately 600 FTEs and managing various business lines focused on client experience, revenue, and productivity. Currently, since August 2023, Carol holds the position of VP Services and Philippines Country Leader at Dayforce.
