Chad Dixon

Chad Dixon, CEBS, has extensive experience in benefits administration and managed operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Managed Operations at Dayforce since April 2019, where Chad leads a team of over 100 across five regions to ensure efficient service delivery in Benefits, Payroll Tax, and Data Movement. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Alight Solutions from March 2015 to April 2019, culminating as Senior Manager for Managed Operations, overseeing a team responsible for payroll tax and benefits delivery, and implementing innovative data solutions in PowerBI. Chad began the career at Aon in 2011, progressing through several roles in benefits administration before advancing to benefits analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College.
