Charmy Ruparel is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President, HRBP for Tech & Corp Functions at Dayforce, Charmy previously held senior roles at Okta, Inc. and Symantec, focusing on people business partnerships across technology and general administration. With a solid foundation as a Teaching Assistant at San Jose State University and as Co-Founder and COO of Yogeshwar Travels and Tours, Charmy combines practical business experience with a strong academic background, holding an MBA in Human Resources Development and Finance from San José State University and a Master’s Degree in General Law from the University of Mumbai.
