Chris Mika currently serves as the VP Creative at Dayforce since July 2023. Previously, Chris held multiple senior roles at Workday from August 2012 to June 2023, culminating in the position of Executive Creative Director. During this tenure, Chris managed a team of creative professionals and served as the global creative lead for Workday Rising, the company's flagship event. Chris was instrumental in establishing the Workday brand architecture and design teams. Prior experience includes serving as Creative Lead at Salesforce.com, where responsibilities spanned brand, events, web design, social media, and advertising, as well as design roles at Pottery Barn Kids and the Sacramento Kings. Chris began the professional journey with an Elections Associate position at the California Secretary of State. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from California State University-Sacramento.
