Chris Russell

Chris Russell is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in consulting and service operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Services Operations at Dayforce since May 2021, Chris previously held the role of Operations Director for Cloud Deployment Solutions at Alight Solutions from March 2018 to May 2021. Prior to that, Chris was the Sr. Operations Director for Consulting Services at Infor, where responsibilities included operational management, planning, pipeline analysis, and contract management. Chris's career also includes leadership positions at Oracle, where roles spanned from Consulting Operations Director to Consulting Operations Manager, and earlier experience as a Sr. Business Analyst for Sales Operations at PeopleSoft, Inc. Additionally, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Human Development and Psychology from Virginia Tech.
