David Hardwick

David Hardwick is an experienced payroll and services consultant with a diverse career spanning over a decade in various roles. Starting as Payroll Team Leader at Accord Housing Association from 2008 to 2010, David progressed to Payroll and Pensions Manager until 2015, followed by a position as Payroll Manager at HomeServe. From 2016 to 2021, David worked as an Application Consultant at Zellis and later took on roles of Implementation Consultant and Senior Services Consultant at Ceridian until May 2025, where David is currently serving as Principal Services Consultant at Dayforce.
