David Kruspe

Customer Success Manager

David Kruspe has extensive experience in customer success and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Dayforce since February 2024, David previously held the same title at Ceridian from July 2011 to February 2024, as well as serving as a Service Delivery Manager during that tenure. Prior to Ceridian, David worked as a Customer Experience Manager at West Canadian Digital Imaging from January 2010 to July 2011 and as an Operations Manager in Alberta at Mobility from March 2006 to May 2009. David's career began at Telus Mobility, where key management roles were held from 1996 to 2006.
