Devu Mestha

Devu Mestha is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. At Fidelis Technology Services, from April 2016 to July 2019, Devu managed large-scale skill development programs under the DDU-GKY scheme and demonstrated expertise in candidate lifecycle management. Subsequently, from December 2020 to October 2025, Devu served as a Human Resources Executive and later as Lead - HR and Operations, overseeing HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management. Currently, Devu works as a Payroll Specialist at Dayforce since August 2025. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karnataka University and an ongoing MBA in Human Resources Management from Alagappa University.
