Dorothy Li

Dorothy Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and implementation within the human capital management (HCM) sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Services, Implementation at Dayforce since August 2020, Dorothy Li manages a portfolio of over 7 million global HCM projects spanning workforce management, payroll, HR, benefits, and talent. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure at ADP, where roles ranged from Sr. Director of Project Services, responsible for expanding multinational project services, to Director of Project Services, where Dorothy Li developed a team and ensured compliance with project methodologies. Additional roles at organizations such as St. Joseph Hospital, eIntelligent, Crystallize, and Accenture Technology Solutions provided a foundation in implementing HR systems, consulting, and leading diverse teams. Dorothy Li holds an MBA in International Business and Organizational Leadership and a BA in Economics, both from the University of Michigan.
