Eric Wong, MBA, is a Senior Solution Architect at Dayforce, where they lead enterprise-scale HCM and payroll transformations. With extensive experience in system architecture and cross-functional leadership, Eric specializes in guiding complex implementations from strategy through execution. Eric has previously held roles at Dayforce as a Principal Implementation Consultant and Associate Consultant, contributing to significant projects in Canada. They began their career at Dell Canada, managing large corporate accounts and excelling in sales. Eric holds a BBA in Marketing from Acadia University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
