Fadi Yared

Global Head, Customer Operations

Fadi Yared is an accomplished professional in customer operations and support management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Since April 2023, Fadi serves as the Global Head of Customer Operations at Dayforce. Prior to this role, Fadi held various senior positions at Ceridian from January 2014 to April 2023, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Customer Support. Fadi's career at Ceridian Dayforce and Dayforce began in 2009, progressing from Support Manager to Director of Client Support. Earlier experience includes a role as Support Manager at Infor (formerly Workbrain) from November 2007 to May 2009. Fadi Yared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Queen's University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
